After completing cc info then pressing continue button screen loops back. No complaints or error messages.

Select cancel, return to site, select subscription again, arrive at cc info gathering screen, add data, press continue, screen loops back.

Closed browser a few times, tried again, no change in behavior.

There were some problems at paypal yesterday (see https://www.paypal-notify.com//eventnot ... SiteStatus) so can you try again today.

If that doesn't help can you try a different web browser e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera - or try deleting your paypal cookies. I know I once had problems where Paypal had set some cookies that meant was completely unable to login to Paypal until I manually deleted them.
