Greetings,

Question 1: I'm working on a site where I need each member (non-paid) to have the ability to create their own events, can this be done?

Question 2: If yes, can/will each user have their own calendar, or a group calendar, or both?

Question 3: JomSocial integration regarding the above questions?

For question 1, you can allow members to create and/or edit events by going to the Jevents -> Authorised Users menu in the backend and adding the users you want to be able to create events.

Besides odp04y suggestion, you may also use the "User Specific Events" plugin to allow your users have their specific events.
