Upgrade to GOLD

It certainly is. Just proceed to checkout as normal with Gold and it should take into consideration your current subscription and the length left on it and reduce the cost of the Gold Subscription.

The price of the upgrade depends on how much time is left on your silver membership.

If your membership is about to expire then I the 2 routes are to renew your silver (20% discount i.e. £28) and then upgrade to Gold (£32) so a net price of £60 - or upgrade directly before your silver expires and I think you should see a price of £52.
