Hi there,
My Silver subscription runs out today. Can I upgrade to Gold instead of renewing Silver? Do I still get a discount? Or am I too late for that now?

If you purchase a gold membership you will get a discount to reflect your outstanding silver membership. The percentage discount varies with time so as your membership gets near to the end the discount is reduced.
