On the pages with Jevents, titles change and underlining appears.
Is it a CSS problem?

This is caused by the Joomla! Bootstrap CSS. Please use:



a:hover, a:focus {text-decoration: none !important;}


To your JEvents -> Custom CSS. Or your theme css.
