Unable to set recurring event to last Tuesday of the month

I am a new JEvents user. I have a meeting which occurs the last Tuesday of each month. I have tried multiple ways; however, have not been able to get it to show on the last Tuesday of each month.

Repeat Interval is set to 1 month. Repeat until is set to 12/27/2017. I can select 4th week, 5th week or both but can't figure out how to get it to the last Tuesday of each month.

There is a 'count backwards' checkbox and so you should use that with the 1st thursday.

I am unable to find directions on how to use "count backwards". What would I put in to have the event on the last Tuesday of each month?

Hello,

Ok so the idea of count backwords is it counts backwards from the year end. The reason for this is if you have an event occurring say in March every year, when we hit a leap year you now have an extra day to contend with. So you would count backwards from the year end so it always counts correctly for this event. Anything prior to feb you can count as normal.
