When we go to setup an event and save it we get the error message below:

×
Warning
JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 49

We dont have a user with ID 49 that I can find. Where do I need to look and do they need to be deleted??
I had this issue a while ago. One of the categories, templates or similar had bee created by a user that was no longer in the database but the item still had their userID associated with it. You will need to go through the various items associated with the event you created and see if you can find the old ID and change it to a valid one.

No you should see these in the defaults in the template, category, whatever. Find an event that is giving this error, then look at the various components of it to find the old ID.

Hi,

I did find the user with an ID of 49 in the database and they are still an active user. And yes I looked at categories but its not there but I dont know what you mean when you say look at templates. Which templates. And the other problem we have is when a user goes back to edit and event the edit pencil no longer works. What would cause this?

So basically you deleted a user with ID 49 and that user id is associated in the tables. Joomla! Outputs that error message when we try and call the user.

Can you please provide super user access logins and the page this is occurring on and I'll sort it for you.
