Hello,

One of my clients is experiencing issues with adding/copying events in JEvents v3.2.6. When adding a new or copying an event, I'm getting a couple javascript errors surrounding a variable 'jevjq'. In multiple spots, this variable is undefined.

Additionally, and perhaps this is related to that error, when any "Save" option is selected on the new/copied event, nothing is sent to the database and a blank, white screen is returned.

I've cleared the cache for all Joomla components and modules, including those from JEvents, and I've even attempted to modify the site's htaccess file to see if any issues were caused by previous mods to the file.

Editing an existing event is also a little buggy, but data is being sent to the DB when performing one. The more pressing issue is definitely just the inability to add/copy new events.

I appreciate all of the help I can receive, and please let me know if you require more information.

Regards,
Jeff
Hello,

Firstly update to Joomla! 3.5.6 you are at an extreme security risk.

Next update JEvents to V3.4.25 and all the addons, if you are still experiencing issues please let us know.

Many thanks

Hello,

So you have a permissions issue or are running out of space on your server.

Can you try installing Akeeba Admin Tools and running a permissions fix?

Then try installing JEvents again. Note you should be download JEvents 3.4 manually and installing it via the Joomla! Installer manually.

Many thanks
Tony
