Clicking on +Add Repeat under repeatable events results in a message indicating that the repeat was successful, but there is no new repeat to edit. Message: Repeat exception added successfully
Tried again, and got this error:

This is working perfectly for me on my development server. It creates a new repeat at the end of the list 1 day after your previous last repeat and converts the event to an irregular repeating event.
