I found a translation for JEvents but it's one from 2018.
Is there also a recent and up-to-date version.
Or can we contribute to it?

Hello,

It should be up to date :-) Unfortunately the way the uploader works of the files is they are not updating the database but instead our updater set. If you find any issues you are welcome to contribute!

Do I understand correctly that your translation is not in a separate ini file.

I'd be happy to help with the translation.
If this is offered separately and can be used by everyone, that would be very nice.
