Translation does not happen

I made the installation in Joomla 3.8.1 as features are shown below.
My problem is that I am installing the file to translate to Portuguese and the translation does not happen (it is not done).
I get a message that the file is not installed properly, but the translation is not done.
What can it be?

I just installed pt-BR and it is working fine, at a guess you install pt-PT and thus why it wasn't working.

I actually had pt-PT installed.
But why did not you translate By Year By Month By Week Today Go for the month
I'll do it right in the file now.?

No you do not have pt-PT Installed at all. See attached.

I suspect our translator missed them off? Can you provide any missing ones and we will update the package.
