Switching out copy

I am hopping to use JEvents to show golf cart rental bookings and availability. This would require me changing some of the copy in this component to better suit my needs. For example I want to change categories to cart number and I want to change events to reservations and I would like to changed subject to Renter.

Would this be a possibility?
