Hello there,
there is two issues with the Switch View Module:
1. On your demo site and also on my site if you try to switch the view to "float", the calendar will break completely. Error 500. And you cannot open and calendar related menu anymore. I just had to reinstall the whole component a few minutes ago. That could also just be an issue with the "float" layout which doesn't seem to be working anyways.

2. Also critical is, that now after having used the "switch view module" i cannot change my layout of the calendar anymore. it doesnt work in the jevents configuration and doesn't work in the menu item. I can only change the layout in the "switch view module" now.
Is there a way to completely uninstall JEvents (because joomla unistall and reinstallation didn't fix this issue). Where do I find the "switch view module" layout overwrite?
