Subscribed, but can't access downloads??

So I just signed up for a Silver subscription and then proceeded to try and download a silver subscription extra (Managed Locations).
But all that happens is I get a message saying "You must purchase a suitable subscription to do that".
Am I missing something?

Can you logout of the forum and the goto the site and login again?

Already tried that. Also tried closing the browser and reopening and re logging in.

Edit: Just started working...guess I needed to be a bit more patient :D

Hello,

Well you are showing as a silver member in the forum, can you please try again?

Maybe a different browser to be sure cookies are cleared?

Sorry about your problems - I see that the Paypal payment went through (but not until 9.15pm last night) but for some reason the notification to our system was not processed.

I have confirmed the payment manually now so your account should be upgraded. You may need to logout and login again for the changes to take affect.
