Hi,
I have the problem that when saving an event the enddate will be the actual date and before startdate. This happened when I'm editing a startdate without editing the enddate because automatically the enddate changed to startdate. So far it seems to be ok. But when I'm saving now, the enddate changed back to the actual date.
What can I do to avoid this? (see attached screenshots)
thanks
Kalle

Hello Kalle,

Is this JEvents V3.4.50? And to confirm if the end date is in the past post save?

Many thanks
Tony

Hello,

I've just tested this and it is working well... But can you test in the backend?? I'm wondering if the issue is your template and the native Joomla! Calendar javascript.

Many thanks
Tony

Hello Tony,
thanks for your response.
I'm still working with jEvents 3.4.48, Joomla version 3.9.5.
What do you mean with "test in the backend"? what and where can I test it in the backend?
Maybe the issue is my template, so I'm working now on an other template and also with jEvents 3.4.5.
I'm wondering because this error only occurs when I'm not entering the enddate field, only changing the startdate field, because it seems to be changing the enddate automatically. So the users are moving directly to SAVE.
If you would like to have a look:

thanks
Kalle

Hello,

Ahh ok can you update to JEvents 3.4.50? We included a javascript fix for auto changing the end date since Joomla! changed the calendar.

Many thanks
Tony
