Hi,

I have read on some of the available documentation that I could find, but perhaps I missed some parts.

First of all, the whole component is only visible for logged in users.

I'm looking for some additional confirmation on some question:
- when a user logs in, can I show the users a list of the events, but also where they can see inmediatly if they subscribed to the event? (see attachment)
- Is there a configurable date until when they can unsubscribe? And is it possible to include the date also in the confirmation mail?

kind regards

Wilfried
Hello Wilfriend,

So are you using RSVP Pro?

Thanks

Hi Tony,

yeah, I will be buying RVS Pro then, no problem.

I haven't bought it yet, but I will buy RVS Pro if it can accomplish what I need.

Hello Wilfried,

The RSVP Pro component available to Gold Club Members will allow registration of events.

You can show events the user is then attending as well by create a menu item and restrict it to events the user is attending. You may also want to install the JEvents User Specific Events Plugin.

Re the subscribe of events, what you wanting to let people know? they can tick a box and untick a box in the event for a reminder with RSVP Pro.

Thanks
Tony

Hi Tony,

Ok, thanks.

it is just to inform the person that subscribed to an event (in this case a golf game) until when they can withdraw from the event, my client wants that info in the event registration mail as well.

regards

Wilfried

You can configure the messages to include the cancellation date - you would enable the use of jevents plugins in your messages and then use the same code as you would in your event description.

Thanks, Geraint, that is clear.

So all is possible, except for the screenshot that gives a quick overview of all events, to see which he subscribed and which he didn't.

You can, in the backend of RSVP Pro, filter a list of sessions by username

But I can't put it on the frontside?

You can do it via the front end too, but just need to create a separate RSVP Pro Menu Item.

Thanks
Tony
