Hi,

We are using the AddThis Sharing feature to share events on social media.

How we can share an event description and event image? Is there a way to add any tags, class to event code in the custom layout?

You can use the JEvents Facebook events here:

https://www.jevents.net/products-new/addons/social-networking/item/facebook-social-plugin

Then use the JEvents Stand image and files plugin:
https://www.jevents.net/products-new/addons/silver-addons/item/standard-image-file-uploads-2

Is there a way to share the description and Image with AddThis? Facebook API is difficult to setup.

Hello,

If you just install the plugin the Open Graph meta tags for description will then be set without the need to setup the complexity of an API etc.

But for the image, you need to use the standard image and files plugin.
