I have a nice listing of Event by Week now and want to have a listing by MONTH display optimally .
I was able to create the List by Month but I see only 10 items on the list and would like 20-30 events
listed for the month.
I know there is the option at the bottom or page to set this manually, but I want a longer listing by default.
Ideally, I want all the MONTH's listing to show on the List by MONTH.

Your list by week and list by month menu items are both JEvents list views - BUT they both run into November when you us the pagination. If you want them to only display the current week or month respectively then use the relative date option with
first day of this month
and
last day of this month
etc.

last day of this month
etc.
