Is it possible with RSVP Pro for invitees to be attending an event by default and allow them to unsubscribe if needed?
Hello,

Not by default. You can set the button as attend by default. and you can manually add people to the event but you cannot automate the addition of people to Attending.

Hey Tony,

Thanks for your quick answer. So if I understand correctly I can create an event for let's say 10 members and mark these 10 people as "attending" without user interaction from any of them?

What are the possibilities for these members to unsubscribe/ cancel from the event?

Hello,

Sorry the only way you could do that, is once the event is created is to into the RSVP Pro Sessions of the event and add new attendee.

They will be notified of their attendance and then they can update it should you wish to allow this in the creation of the event.

Or you could treat the scenario differently - use the invitations system and assume they are attending unless they select the 'not attending' option.
