As Tony said, this is not possible at the moment.
There has been some requests in the past for similar features but we have not found enough interest or clear specifications to add this to the extension and as it's not a trivial development we decided to not increase the complexity of the component with this.
Nevertheless, if you could provide a description of what you need we could reconsider this in the near future.

carcam I suspect we would need a waypoint builder like Strava and other route sites see:
