yes thx for your reply Tony.

I have read all your doc, watched your videos, ..but without testing I am not sure ..i am looking for a friendly user Events manager.

My need:
Im doing a Sports events website.

I have special needeeds for the event part.

1- I need a creation event part that allowed registered people to post and manage public events from front end

2- The event form creation should allowed people to create several starts. I mean for a Triathlon, we can have a start at 8am with 50 places max; a start at 8.15am with 100 places max; a start at 8.30 with 80 places ..ect...

3- For an event we can have different prices for registration ( example: men 8€, woman 6€, childs 4€)

4- The payment ways should be paypal, but can be "offline" like checks, money

5- For each confirmed payment we should automatically (or manually for offline payments) remove a place

6- a place to manage the event and the persons who are registrated for it => for the registered member who as created the event :

Geraint sent me the link of RSVP PRO but i man not sure it is what i am looking for without testing first..

Hello,

We do offer a 30day money back guarantee if it doesn't fit your needs.

But to answer your questions:

1. This is easily achieved as it is standard

2. This is a little more complicated, but from a users point of view you might want to create 3 events Tri 1 8AM Tri 1 8.15 AM Tri 1 8:30 AM, and set the capacity per event?

3. Not a problem, just set a drop down and allow users to select what sex they are.

4. This is up to you, you set it per Registration Template

5. This is configured on a Registration Template Basis again, unpaid or paid attendees can count towards capacity.

6. This is again possible. There is an Attendees link in the details page for Admins only and clicking this shows the Attendees.

Thanks

p.s. Actually you can set a 'field capacity' to limit how many of each option can be selected.

Hello,
I have a simular request.
I need a simple calendar, for only 10-20 events a year.
Excisting members should be able to register in the event. Back Office should provide some overview of participants, preferably even in Front Office.

Offline payment option would be a plus, but not necessary.

Where can I find these options? If it is for paying members only, where can I test it before purchase to see how it works?

Thanks

Hello,

RSVP Pro will fit all your needs in that case.

We have a part demo site which isn't quite ready yet. But will PM you the link as a rough test.

But we also offer a 30day money back guarantee should it not meet your requirements.

Many thanks
Tony

1. If you have used the custom layouts tool - please check you included the output of the RSVP plugin in the layout
2. The event you have is in the past - can you change it to the future so we can see it properly.
