We have a JEvents - Latest Events Module. There the first date for a repeating event is showed instead of coming date. While the link work and goes to coming date for event. There the same problem occurs then I tried to create a new repeating event. While the date is showed correctly for the other repeating events in the same module.

I see, in the meantime, you massaged the xml file https://www.jevents.net/newupdates/jevents_addon_updates.xml

It now points to 3.6.5, successfully updates, and the bug is fixed in that version. Thanks a million!

We have found the cause of this problem and will be issuing a new release later today or tomorrow

In the meantime you can unzip and upload this file to modules/mod_jevents_latest/tmpl/default/latest.php

@admin@milford-u3a.org.uk#

Is this on your live of dev site? This change should resolve the issue with events in the latest events list showing the start date/time of the first repeat instead of the current date/time.

It worked OK on our dev site (which is running a very recent copy of the live website) even before adding the helper file, but it does not work on our live site.

This is the very latest version which includes all changes to JEvents (as opposed to club addons)

Thank you for your answer. Will it soon be a new version 3.6.4? That I¨m not quite certain how to manually update to a new version of 3.6.3 and it can be ok to wait for a new version that fix the issue.

I'm having the same issue. I am glad this was fixed in 3.6.4. Now the issue I have is - Joomla doesn't show me the 3.6.4 update. It still thinks 3.6.2 is the latest. How do I update it without breaking things (+why do I not see 3.6.4 in the extension updates)?

Many thanks in advance!

Can you go to Extensions->Managed->Update Sites in the backend of Joomla and search for JEvents package - what XML file does it link to?
