Good morning everyone,

We are thinking about buying JEvents for a fitness centre.

We would like to know:

  • Is it possible to link an image to a particular category of activities. For example, we would like to run a weights session, every Tuesday. Can we link an image to a page that shows the next five, for example, upcoming weights sessions?
  • We will need to limit class numbers. If a class is fully booked and someone tries to book on it, is there a way to suggest that the user books onto the following week's class or capture the person's details so that we can call them and discuss things?

Good Afternoon James,

1. It sure is, and in the free version too! When creating the category you can select an image.

2. You can add them to a waiting list using RSVP Pro (Gold Membership), so you could call them once the event takes place etc?
