After upgrading to Joomla 4, upgrading to PHP 8.1 and switching to a T4 template, popups no longer work. New activities have not yet been posted. Go to March 2023 to see populated activities.

Your template has CSS that is hiding it - add this to your custom JEvents css file

  display: block;
