php error component

Dear Sirs
I uploaded my test site on startlogic host and when I tried to access to it the browser showed me this error
Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL.
I contacted host support and they launched a php debug than they told me there was an error in a file of your application.
Fatal error: Class 'JevDate' not found in /hermes/bosnaweb13a/b2585/sl.formatli/public_html/cfpnew/components/com_jevents/libraries/helper.php on line 1068
$datenow = JevDate::getDate("+0 seconds");

This class is declared within all the JEvents component/module calls - it sounds as though something on your site is messing up the Joomla autoloader.

What sort of page are you seeing this error on? What system plugins have you installed? Can you give us the Jevents support information?

There was something not working uploading files or in the configurationphp
Now all is working

Hi, every one, I try to enter the component but appears Error 500

I installed several times the component does not work
I deleted the tables so that the component remains in clean, but it does not work.

You are running a very old and insecure version of Joomla! If JHtmlBehavior cannot be found.

I suggest you update immediately first.
