at the menu-enty-options of the week-lisview is an option at the bottom to overwrite the layout (see picture)
Is there a documentation to create these layout-overrides?

Hello,
You create it like a normal template override but instead of it overriding the default view if the layout name you enter here finds a file in the override path it is used instead.
