How easy is to implement an offline payment (manual payment) system upon checkout? what package do I need for it, is that an addon plugin?

p.s. I checked the forum and it looks quite complicate to integrate instead of just having an option within the admin...hope i'm wrong

Do you mean for RSVP Pro for event registrations - its quite straightforward. Once you have you initial session template setup.
