No users in authorized users list

After a reinstallation of Joomla I was prior installing all components - like jevents - and then I was reimporting all database entries by using phpMyAdmin.
Now my list of authorized users is empty.
How could I import all users from db?

Did you import your JEvents users table? This is what contains the list of authorised users.
