the gold membership subscription is still available till 6. Feburar, but I´m unable to download RSVP pro

furthermore the renewal process stuck in the PayPal authentication, the 2 factor auth is not working

Sorry for the slow response - we seemed to lose a few forum posts last week

I checked your subscriptions and see a number of attempts to purchase a gold membership in February last year but none of them completed - then more attempts to purchase a gold membership which didn't succeed in the last couple of weeks.

Did any of your payment succeed? Can you trying paying with Stripe via credit card instead of PayPal?

Hello Geraint,
it is still notworking with the PayPal process. After I type in my credentials the prossess gets interrupted and stuck in a error screen. see attachment
Using a credit card is also not possible. The input fields for the address are dont accepting my data.

Did you try the Stripe payment option?

At which stage do you see the PayPal problem? After you have left the JEvents website? I'm wondering if you have some cookie/privacy constraints in your browser that is causing a problem?

Stripe is not an option for me because I have no account there.

The PayPal Pproblem is showung up after I leave the JEvents site.
I authenticated with my password and type in the 2nd factor then the process stucks.
I tried this on different machines with same behavior.

This looks like a problem at PayPal for some reason

Stripe doesn't require an account - it's simply a card payment gateway.

Alternatively if you send the payment via paypal to "jevents@gwesystems.com" I can manually mark your subscription as paid and active.
