Hey, I am trying to purchase a silver club membership, my my payment with a credit car does not through (or does it, and I'm by clicking "submit" again and again just paying multiple times? <!-- s

Our system is not showing you as paying any times. It shows an attempt to purchase but not checked out.
Is it at PayPal the issue is happening?
Have you tried a different browser? maybe clearing your Cache?
Are you sure your paying multiple times? As once paypal receives a payment it would send us a notification when informs our system you have paid.
