Greetings all, I am migrating a site from 2.5 to 3x. I've done this several times on other sites with JEvents and SP Upgrade/Transfer (keeping all category and User id's) and it works well. However this site also includes RSVP Pro addon, which I've never migrated.
Are there any special considerations in migrating RSVP Pro along with JEvents? Do I just need to be sure all the RSVP Pro database tables are transferred over?

So I would usually advise you just upgrade the site opposed to create a J3 version and migrating.
But you can use SP Transfer, main thing to be concerned about is the Joomla! Categories table we use, ensure it is migrated exactly with the ID's etc.
Then just install the new version and all table changes etc will be done, we do checks on every update / install form the right tables/columns.
