Hello there! I'm a bit confused on some of the information out there regarding Microsoft's Live Calendar. I understand they use a proprietary time system but is it now possible to import the ICS into Jevents? The reason I'm asking is I tried it recently (this is my first time using jevents) but I received the following error message:

Error

Not a valid VCALENDAR data file: webcals://cid-xxxxxxxxxxxxx.calendar.li ... lendar.ics
Hello,

What was the url you tried to insert? did it begin with: webcals?

Many thanks
Tony

Hi there! Thanks for the reply. It did begin with webcals. However, Microsoft Live Calendar gives you an HTML link, an ICS link and an RSS link. I don't pretend to know much about this (I'm in a bit over my head) so I tried all of them. None of them worked. I even removed "the s" when one of the links started with https: Not sure what to do (or if there is anything I can do). I'd prefer to use Microsoft Live Calendar but if I have to I can use google calendar for my website (I did manage to get it to work).

Hello,

replace the webcals with: http

within the url they provided. We don't use webcals in our component yet.

No s shouldn't matter.

Many thanks

Will do! It's about 0330 where I live. I'll give it a shot tomorrow and post when I see how it goes. I am bent on using this extension one way or another, so far I think it's great! And thanks for the help!
