I'm trying to find a way to create events on individual user calendars and sync with a master gmail calendar that I can view. In practice I would set appointments with clients, they would see it on their calendar and I'd see it on mine.

Is there a "master" or superuser ical link?
Hello,

So that's interesting... What I would do is create two calendars, one pulls in from Google, one stores locally. Given them their own ACL for each user if you don't have a lot of users!

Then you can import into that importing into calendar and add to their 'Default' calendar?

Many thanks

Yeah, that's kind of what I was brainstorming but using nextcloud (owncloud fork) instead. I was thinking that I'll manage the calendar though nextcloud, each Joomla user having a nextcloud account that syncs with jevents ical, using the invite option to put items on other users calendars. Unfortunately the invite has to be approved by the user before it goes on their calendar. But I'm thinking there is a probably a pretty simple way to disable the verification.
