I Purchased the Gold membership earlier today and I am trying to figure out how to link a specific Hikashop to a specific event, do you have any documentation on how to do this.

JEvents creates the hikashop product on checkout if it doesn't exist.

I did take at the look earlier, the basics are setup.
What I am wanting to know is when I create event "Y" for the 30 April how do I link it to a existing product "X" so that Product "X" price is displayed on the event and Product X is added to the cart.

Hello,

You cannot link to existing products. You use RSVP Pro and create a template, the pricing etc is all handled within RSVP Pro.

Once the person registers they are taken to the cart and checked out accordingly. Creating a product if required and setting the price dynamically.

I must admit I am less than impressed with your answer:(
I categorically stated that we sell courses using Hikashop and that I need a event booking plugin that adds a Specific product to the cart not some random product that JEvent creates and you said and I Quote

Based on that I made the purchase, now you are telling me that the plugin can't do it.

So my Question is this:
Could you please cancel my subscription and refund me the money I paid?

If JEvent and RSVP Pro is incapable of adding a specific product to the cart I have no use for it and as such will not use it, infact I have already uninstalled it from my site.

Hello,

Sorry for the confusion I read it as that fact you wanted to purchase through the cart adding the product i.e. the event to the cart which is what it does.

Not a problem I will have geraint issue you a refund.
