If on the homepage of http://www.buitensportsoest.nl I click on an event like "active walking" the I get the homepage, while I wouls suspect to see the event description.

Also when I click on "bekijk de volledige kalender" I get the homepage again, and I would expect to see the calender.
Hello,

This is down to how you have built your template. See:

http://www.buitensportsoest.nl/evenementdetail/500/-/active-walking?template=protostar

So it looks like you have set the home menu item to be a JEvents one. Then in your theme you have hidden component output.

I would suggest you use a Joomla! Featured articles or similar for the homepage. Then use a JEvents Latest events module for homepage events. From here, you should also have a primary menu item in the menu which the latest events module is set to as a target menu item.

That should resolve your issues.

Many thanks

Hello,

See:

You have set your homepage to be JEvents. I've changed this to featured articles since you are not displaying any events with JEvents or any component there.

You will now see it is working as expected.

Many thanks
