Limit users by category?

Hi there I am using JEvents on a website I am building, where I need different groups of users to be able to edit and add to different categories of the calendar and Only that category. Is there any way of doing this with the free version of JEvents?

Hello,

Yes certainly. You have two options:

1. Use Joomla! ACL - Bit more complicated but more powerful if you are handling lots of users
2. Enable JEvents Authorised UserMode -> You can select / add users then and select they they can do.
