(reposting in correct section now...)
In the latest event module, is there a way to include the language code after the index.php for the event links and calendar link? In joomla 2.5, the module would automatically include that, however, after upgrading to joomla 3.4, the module appears to not include it anymore. My site really needs the language code in the url so that the correct language menu would display on the page. Thanks in advance for your help.

The language part of the URL is added by the Joomla SEF functionality (or by Falang, Josetta, etc )and not by JEvents.

What is managing the languages on your site?

My site is using the default Joomla system SEF.

Here's another thought- is there any way to make the Jevents Month View Calendar to be a module? That way I would be able to set which menu modules get displayed. Thanks.

Please disregard my previous request about the module...I had momentarily forgotten that the month view calendar page wasn't the only issue (individual event item pages are also affected).
