Joomla 6.1 Update: Time shift of events

Please note: After update from Joomla 6.0.x to Joomla 6.1, some of the events are shifted in time by 2 hours (increment). This occurs on most of the future (!) events only. Maybe the 2 hours have something to do in my case with Middle European Summer Time (MEST) that is 2 hours ahead of UTC.
Occurs on repeted events with and without exceptions. It seems not to occur on single events but I have only very few (bad statistics).
Edit:

  • seems not to occur on single events
  • occurs on repeating events in the future; occurs on (some) events that are alredy exceptions
  • occurs on repeating events in the future that were not exceptions before; they are made new exceptions and shifted in time

Can you tell me what timezone settings you have within JEvents:
1. Bottom of first tab
2. Ical Import/Export tab

What timezone is set in Joomla config and on the server itself.

How were these events created? Directly within JEvents or as an import?

If as an import can you show me the URL of the import source?
