Sorry if I'm asking this in the wrong place, or in the wrong format.
I guess it's a subscription issue, but I have the following issue on my site www,raceconnect.com
The issue is the domain I guess. I have racconnect.com, and raceconnect.co.uk. Both point (always have and always will) to the same location. Recently, we did make a change, and the .com has become the primary domain again, with .co.uk pointing to .com.
Now, on the joomla admin, when I come to update my JEvents - RSVP Pro, it tells me this:
. ** This access code is not valid for this domain **
I can't argue that it's not correct.
Is there any way I can update my RSVP Pro?, or do I need to make some sort of purchase for the same thing again?

Hello,
It looks like your Gold Subscription has expired ? if you renew it should allow you to update again.
IF it doesn't then you just need to generate a new download ID from;
https://www.jevents.net/updater-access-code
