Hi,

We are having some problems creating and editing events, we get the error attached. I've checked all the forum responses about user authorisation, but does't works also auto incremental on the database and it's correct, the events are saved on the database with the correct id but the error says other event id.

The events is saved but with 1970 date and its not possible to modify. Images attached.

Thanks

That should be resolved for creating events now. Some repetitions were already in there and the auto incremental value was lower. I've created two events successfully and edited two fine as well.

Many thanks
Tony

Hello,

So this sounds like someone has restored your database? It's auto incremental value is lower than what is allowed. i.e. key 69 (event with id 69) already exists.

Can you provider super user and database logins to the site detail private tab attached and we can login and take a look at fixing this for you.

Many thanks
Tony

Login details attached.

Thanks again.
