JEvents not work after Joomla update

I upgraded Joomla from 3.6.5 to 3.9.15. Everything else works fine but the JEvents (ver 3.4.34) View by Month no longer shows (just a blank page). The {module Future Events} still works. Should I do something in the system setup to enable JEvents again?
