What type of list are you using? This will dictate how many events are shown.

Also, what type of events? are they single events or repeating events?

Hi Tony, In our use, it is all single events. This is for a car club, and we post monthly meeting dates and info, car shows, cruises, etc.

Also, I notice the events show in the actual calendars, but not in the Activities list itself.

Ok so check the menu item and make sure none or all categories are selected. None = show all.
