JEvents Latest Events module - Does not show

Hi everyone!

Was thrilled to try out JEvents

1. Installed JEvents
2. Created some categories and created some events
3. Created a position in my template so that I can assign to and show the 'JEvents Latest Events' module
4. Published the said module
5. Module Doesn't show up on my site! Oh noes... I checked the HTML output for the module but looks like nothing is outputted.

I've tried going thru jevents docs titled 'my-events-do-not-show-up-on-my-site' but everything checks out.

Could anyone here help show me what I'm missing? Thank you in advance.
