JEvent notification plugin v3.4.1 not work with JEvents v3.1.29

Hi,

i run some test:

a) test1 (new site joomla 3.8.10; php 5.5.9 ):
jevents notification plugin v3.4.1 with JEvents v3.4.7 works properly

b) test2 (old site joomla 3.1.1; php 5.5.9 ) :
jevents notification plugin v3.4.1 with JEvents v3.1.29 does not send notifications

So I would like to know if Jevents v3.1.2.9 is compatible with the notification plugin v3.4.1? If not, can I download an older version of the notification plugin that is compatible with jevents v3.1.29?
