I am developer from PayPlans team. We have provided integration with JEvents in term of limit the event.
Event limit set is properly in Jevents user table but in frontend user's are able to create event more than the limits.
See attached screen shot.

Please respond me asap.
Any Update ?
It's urgent.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay. It is the easter weekend here in the UK and both myself and Geraint were spending much needed time with our families.

The event limit only works in the JEvents Authorised User Mode. So you will need to enable the JEvents Authorised UserMode first in the JEvents Global Config -> Permissions.

Many thanks
Tony

Hello,

Did you enable JEvents Authorised user mode?

Did you set the limit to 2 for the user creating the event? Did you try increasing the limit incase they have events in the trash for instance?

Many thanks
Tony

I am afraid there isn't much I can do since it works as expected in all my test environments.

Please double check the trashed events and delete them.

Many thanks
Tony
