Hello,

So to import events into an existing default calendar you will need to enable frontend imports and login to the frontend and in the JEvents Views click Import.

To import from the backend you will need to create anew calendar and select from file.

To export, you go and create a JEvents Export menu item.

Many thanks
Tony

We used Proforms to construct a form that visitors to our site can use to submit event info. That info is, then, stored in a database linked to that form. Those database records can be exported to xls or csv files.

Hello,

So you could export them and then import them via the CSV Import, see:

Many thanks

Thanks, Tony. I can massage the events we have in Proforms to fit the necessary import format. However, I guess I'm dense, but I can't find an Import function in any of the JEvents menus. Nor can I find any way to export records from JEvents. Please point me in the right direction.
