I purchased silver membership last friday, but this website does not recognise me. I have
received no membership information

I have sent an email via the website contact form and to customer.service at gwesystems.com

NOTHING

what is happening?

when can I get my silver membership?

We are most certainly here! I'm very sorry to here of your issues. Could you please PM me your Paypal transaction number and ideally a screenshot of your paypal receipt?

To confirm, is this the username you used to register?

Sorry for the delay in processing your account upgrade - for some reason Paypal didn't send us the notification message.

I have now manually upgraded your account and extended your subscription by one month to compensate for the inconvenience.
