We recently upgraded our blackbaud to include their ondemand products. They offer a calendar for the parents/ students and teachers to use. We need to export ical into our jevents calendar on our website for our visitors so they can see what is going on at the school as well. I went through the documentation and successfully imported the ical, however, the times were consistently 5 hours off. I checked the timezone on both blackbaud, joomla, and jevents throughout and made sure they all matched, refreshed everything and it was still wrong. Somebody mentioned in a jevents forum about adding an ending time, so we did that on the blackbaud side but it never refreshed on the jevents calendar. I decided to remove it completely and try adding it back but ran into issues deleting category due to events, so i deleted the events and tried again and got the same error even though there were no longer any events in that category. I am at a loss. Please help.
