I am using jevents 3.4.25

I am hoping you can help. I have this ics file that will NOT import. Here is what it should look like, event wise: http://screencast.com/t/b565oVWSUiw and here is what it does import when I upload the ICS file: http://screencast.com/t/EEoB91hlkKuM

I have no idea what is going on. Tim zone is set to eastern in the config of jevents in both places. Same with ical file. Had a simimlar problem a long time ago but the steps don't seem to help: https://www.jevents.net/discussions/ical-import-does-not-work/#respond

Can you see what is blocking? I attached the file to this post.

Thanks! Mike
What category did you import the events into? Are there any errors displayed during the import?

Hello,

Where did you generate this file from?

There are numerous iCal format validation errors. Firstly being that the BEGIN:VTIMEZONE is declared on line 12, but never ended?

you can Validate your file here:

Many thanks

One other thought - can you check your JEvents config. On the first tab if you are using a relative date for the last date for allowed events e.g. +3 then please change it to a fixed year number temporarily e.g. 2019

Does that help?
