Hi experts,

I still get double location-entries when I import events from google calendar that have loacations I allready have in my managed locations.

They differ only in their names.
Anything else is completely the same.

I think the import-function has to compare the GPS coordinates first.

regards,
Berndi
If they differ by name they are not the same? Since you can have multiple places at 1 location? Like a super market for instance.

Many thanks

No, for example it is a sport hall which is called in different names

...and the imported and new created locations do not get the default-category I adjusted in the settings

IF the name is different it is a different type of location. For example, you have

113 Marina Drive
Mall
UK
GB99-99

And it could have:

Sports Direct
113 Marina Drive
Mall
UK
GB99-99

JD Sports
113 Marina Drive
Mall
UK
GB99-99

As you can see these are different locations. You cannot have single locations with multiple aliases.

Many thanks
